Quality Process

At A & L, we pride ourselves on our immaculately designed quality control process. It ensures that our merchandise is flawless, and our clients receive nothing but the best. Below listed are the steps of our quality check process:

This step is conducted by the design department. Here, the artwork and design undergo thorough inspection.

Once the design is approved, the merchandiser, quality check team and the factory manager ensure the versatility and practicality of the design.

Once all details are checked, the embroidery piece is prepared. Post preparation, the durability, colourfastness, volume, counts, and other such minute details are checked to assure utmost accuracy.

Once the embroidery piece passes our quality check guidelines, it is sent to the client for their inputs and suggestions, if any. Upon the client’s approval, the piece undergoes another round of quality check.

In case of an unfinished garment, the piece is sent for final packaging. Whereas, in case of a finished garment, it is then taken further for tailoring. The finished garment now undergoes a final quality check process ensuring its finishing and durability of the stitch.

Post packaging, each piece is checked for packing damages. If any, the damage is fixed and then the package is dispatched.
